Thank you Sean O'Keefe for bringing some common sense to the discussion. Of all the things that have been said since the accident the most disturbing to me were those of Shuttle program director Ron Dittemore that even if the problem had been evident while Columbia was in orbit there was nothing that could have been done to prevent the tradgey.</p>
